The Stock (SAS) page shows Score's stock from the Stock Attribute System export, including client recycle inventory held by Score. Quote Hub checks enquiry lines against this stock before sourcing externally.

Search
Type in Search part / description…. The search matches description, part number, stock code and manufacturer.
Limit to recycle inventory
Tick Recycle inventory only to show only items that belong to a client.

How stock is used
- On the Stock check step, the Fulfilment Agent matches each line against this stock and recommends stock or external supply per line. You approve the result.
- Available quantity is on hand less reserved.
- Recycle inventory is offered only on enquiries from the client that owns it.
- Lines supplied from stock are costed at the stock unit cost with the stock margin from the costing policy. See Costing.
Good to know
- The page shows up to 500 items. Use search to narrow the list.
- Refresh stock with the SAS stock export import on Data imports. A row with an existing stock code updates that item.
