How LTSAs are used
- Shortlist priority. An LTSA sits third in the supplier priority, after Client ASL and Score ACL and before Score AVL. See Approved lists.
- Line matching. An agreement applies to a line when the line's manufacturer is one of the agreement's manufacturers. For lines without a manufacturer, the product type must match.
- Shortlist reasons. The supplier's shortlist entry shows the agreement number, discount and lead time, so the hub buyer can hold the supplier to those terms when requesting the quote. See Sourcing.
Good to know
- Only agreements that have started and not ended count for sourcing.
- Quote Hub shows the discount and lead time for reference. It does not apply the discount to supplier prices; the supplier's quote is used as received.
- Load or update agreements with the LTSAs import on Data imports. An import row with an existing agreement number updates that agreement.
